The all-time champion. RAM bought at 6000 MT/s running at 4800 because the EXPO/XMP profile was never enabled. It is worth 5–15% FPS and takes two clicks in the BIOS.
Clean install, not on top of the old one. The difference between the two is bigger than it looks once there are leftovers from previous versions.
It shows up as "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter" and makes applications render on the wrong card. Almost nobody notices it.
Removing them from the registry is not enough — they rewrite themselves. There is a way that actually works, and most guides never mention it.

How payment works
You only pay once you know exactly what you are getting: press the button, we answer by email and agree on it. It changes nothing. It only runs Windows read commands (the same kind of information you see in "System Information") and writes a text file to your desktop, which it sends to your account. You can open that file and read everything in it — and the script's code is in plain sight, not compiled.
No. You run your script and it sends the diagnostic by itself; you get the report. Only the "Guided" option involves a call — and even then you are the one touching your PC, we just guide you.
No. We do not inject anything into game processes and we do not alter their files. What we recommend are Windows, BIOS and driver settings — and we keep Secure Boot and TPM enabled precisely so that FACEIT and Vanguard carry on working.

The diagnostic is immediate — you run the script and the result comes straight back. The full report is written by hand, one at a time: the target is to have it ready within 24 hours. It stays in your customer area and we email you when it is there. If that email does not show up, start by checking your spam folder; if it is not there either, or if the deadline passes, write to us through the contact page — it is the one route that does not depend on an email of ours reaching you.
Your email and the diagnostic file, which contains hardware information and the list of startup programs. Part of that deserves saying up front: for each startup program we collect the full path, and because those paths almost always go through C:\Users\<your account>\..., the file ends up revealing your Windows user account name — which on many PCs is the person's name — and the software you have installed. It is not something we go looking for, and it is not something we need: it comes alongside the name, in the same startup reading, and we do not filter it out. The script stops before sending so you can open the file and delete anything you would rather not send. We do not collect personal files, passwords, browsing history, serial numbers, MAC address or the computer name. You can ask for deletion at any time — the details are in the privacy policy.
Yes, with one caveat: laptops leave less room in the BIOS (manufacturers lock a lot of the options) and the main gain usually comes from power settings, drivers and temperatures. We will tell you what applies in your case.
