HonestFPS is run by João Costa, from Portugal. It is not a company with a support centre: whoever reads your diagnostic is the same person who answers your email. For the full details of who provides the service, write to geral@honestfps.com and we will send them to you.

The service is provided from Portugal, in Portuguese and in English. The site, the database, the files you upload and the email sending all sit on Amazon Web Services, in the Stockholm region, inside the European Union. The connection to the site goes through Amazon's delivery network (CloudFront), which has points of presence in several countries; stored, the data stays in Stockholm only. Who processes what is set out in the privacy policy.
HonestFPS started in August 2026. It is a new service, and saying so beats inventing a history that does not exist yet — the comparison base of other PCs grows with every analysis, and the report tells you where your PC stands against the others we have analysed.
You run a script on your PC that only reads information — it changes no setting at all — and sends the result to your account. That file is analysed here and gives you a diagnostic: what is misconfigured, how much each fix is worth and what is already fine. The diagnostic is free.
If you want the instructions, you order the full report, with the BIOS guide for the motherboard we detected and the game settings for the monitor we detected. There is also a guided option, with a call — and even there it is you who touches your PC, we walk you through it.
We do not turn off Secure Boot or TPM: they are required by FACEIT, Vanguard and most modern anti-cheat, and turning them off does not buy you a single frame. We do not inject anything into game processes and we do not install drivers — no gain is worth getting a client banned.
We do not run "debloat" scripts at random, we do not promise FPS percentages without seeing the machine, and we do not install anything on your PC. We also do not sell data, we do not advertise and we do not send newsletters: the only messages we send are listed in the privacy policy.
