Your email address and the diagnostic file you send. That file carries information about your hardware (processor, graphics card, memory, motherboard, drives), your Windows version, the power plan and the list of programs set to start with the system.
One part of that list deserves to be spelled out: for every startup program the full path of the file is collected. Since those paths almost always run through C:\Users\<your account>\..., the diagnostic ends up revealing your Windows user account name — which on many PCs is the person's own name — and the software you have installed. None of that is sought on purpose: it is the price of knowing what starts with the system. You can open diagnostico.txt before sending it — it is all there, in plain text — and delete any line you would rather not send.
If you leave a review, we also keep the name you choose to display, the text and the rating.
Cookies
The site stores two. sessao keeps you signed in for 30 days and carries your email inside it, signed by us; it is created only when you open the access link we email you — sending a diagnostic does not sign you in. idioma stores the language you picked in the switcher, for one year. That is all: there are no advertising or traffic-measurement cookies, and none of them belongs to another company.
We do not collect your files, documents, passwords, browsing history or the content of anything you keep on disk. The collector also does not read serial numbers (not from the BIOS, the drives or the memory), nor the MAC address, nor the computer name — you can check that command by command, because the script is public and written to be read.
The site has no field for address, phone number, tax number or card details either: the price and the payment are agreed by email or Discord, and payment details never pass through here.
To generate your report and to contact you about your order. We also keep two things that are not obvious: a log of the actions on your account (sign-ins, diagnostics sent, changes to the order status), which serves security and lets us work out what happened when something goes wrong; and a delivery log of the emails we send you — whether they were accepted, bounced or marked as spam — so we know whether the report actually arrived.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. But the site does not run in a vacuum: the server, the database, the files and the email sending all sit on Amazon Web Services, which processes them on our behalf and on our instructions, on servers in the Stockholm region, inside the European Union. Mail you send to our contact address is received by Amazon, kept for up to 30 days in the files of that same account, and forwarded to the owner's mailbox on Gmail — which means Google also handles the messages you write to us.
And there is one disclosure that is public by definition: if you leave a review and it is approved, the name you chose, the text, the rating and your PC hardware — which we add ourselves, from your diagnostic — become visible on the home page, to everyone.
Each thing has its own period:
· The diagnostic file you send is deleted 90 days after we receive it.
· The analysis and the report generated from it stay for as long as your account exists — that is what lets you open the report again later.
· The order record (reference, amount and dates) stays for 10 years, as a tax obligation. This one remains even if you ask for your data to be deleted.
· The account action log stays for 1 year.
· The email delivery history stays for 1 year.
On top of that, the database has recovery copies holding the state of the last 35 days. Anything deleted still exists in those copies until that period runs out.
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data through geral@honestfps.com. There is no button for it on the site: you write to us and the request is carried out by hand. We reply within 30 days.
Deletion removes your account, your email address, the diagnostics and reports attached to it and the original file you sent, and takes your review off the site if you left one. What stays out of it is the order record — reference, amount and dates — which we have to keep for 10 years as a tax obligation; that one remains without your email and without anything that identifies you. As above, the database recovery copies only stop holding the deleted data 35 days later.
